From our global fulfilment network to keep delivery times and costs low.
Will I pay customs/VAT?
Local taxes or duties may apply depending on your country/region. Where available, estimates are shown at checkout.
Can I change/cancel my order?
If we haven’t shipped it yet, we’ll help. Email us within 12 hours of purchase with your order number.

Customisation & Bundles
What’s the difference between Garage Edition bundles and the Basic bundle?
The Garage Edition bundles include a custom mini plate (initials/name/short word) + premium presentation.
The Basic bundle pairs a Mini Garage with one 1:64 model car without a custom plate.
Can I choose any car brand/model?
Yes. If we don’t stock it, we’ll source the model for you (lead time may vary).
What can I customise in the Personal Garage Edition?
Custom plate: name, number, short word, or logo (you must own usage rights)
Up to 4 colours: garage body, door, trim, plate (If your design needs more colours, we can print up to 8 colours, but lead time and cost will also increase)
We’ll send a digital proof for approval before production.
What files work best for logos/art?
Vector (SVG/AI/PDF) preferred; high-res PNG also works.
How long do custom orders take?
Mockup in 1-2 business days; production after approval typically 3–7 business days.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
What’s your return policy?
30-day returns for unused items in original packaging. Start by emailing your order number and reason for return.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We’ll make it right. Send photos and your order number - support will arrange a replacement or refund.
Is there a warranty?
No extended warranty is included. That said, if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, please reach out and we’ll sort a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and accelerated checkouts like Shop Pay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, iDeal Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability varies by device/region). All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
Is my info safe?
Yes - Shopify checkout uses secure encryption. We never store full card details.
