ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time refers to order verification, quality checks, and dispatch preparation and does not include shipping transit time.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and shipping method.

Estimated delivery timeframe:
3–30 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures

  • Local postal service delays

  • Carrier or transportation disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak shipping periods or public holidays

Delivery delays do not constitute delivery failure.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch, as some carriers may take several days to activate tracking scans.


DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY

An order is considered successfully fulfilled once it is marked as delivered or collected by the courier to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Valid delivery confirmation may include, but is not limited to:

  • Courier tracking status updates

  • GPS confirmation

  • Delivery photographs

  • Timestamps

  • Collection or handover records

Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery or collection by the courier.


NON-RESPONSIBILITY AFTER DELIVERY

We are not responsible for:

  • Parcels reported as missing after courier-confirmed delivery or collection

  • Parcels delivered to or collected from PO Boxes, mail rooms, concierge desks, reception areas, or shared delivery locations

  • Theft, loss, or unauthorised collection occurring after delivery

  • Courier limitations such as lack of signature confirmation for certain delivery services


DELIVERY ISSUES & CLAIMS

If you believe your order has been:

  • Delivered to the wrong address, or

  • Lost or stolen after delivery

You must contact us within 48 hours of the courier’s delivery confirmation so we can assist with an investigation where possible.

Claims reported outside of this timeframe, or where valid courier proof of delivery exists, are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs processing, carrier disruptions, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.

Such delays do not entitle customers to cancellation, refund, or compensation.
